The Business Place is a network of four neighbourhood business incubation units located throughout Mansfield at:

• Armstrong Hall, Bull Farm
• Langford Road, Ladybrook
• Park Road, Mansfield Woodhouse
• Burns Lane, Warsop

The Business Place offers high quality office and workshop space based over four locations in the heart of the communities. The location of the Business Place in key renewal zones helps to channel benefits into the immediate area. This helps to create sustainable jobs within the local community and helps to development an entrepreneurial atmospehere.

These units are designed for start-up businesses. Office and workshop space is available in a variety of different sizes and are equip to offer high standard workspace at low, fully inclusive costs. The low weekly rents ranging from £15 to £133 per week and include business rates, utility costs, car parking, NBI Network Manager Support, security systems, telecommunications and broadband.

Developed for start-up and new businesses, The Business Place provides help and support from a range of partners to ensure new businesses have all the support they need to start-up and grow. The Business Place brings organisations together to encourage enterprise and entrepreneurship. Ongoing business support and advice will be on offer to budding entrepreneurs from Biz Fizz coaches and outreach workers provided through LEGI (Local Enterprise Growth Initiative) and the Mansfield District Council business support team.
