Brewery Site
The former brewery will be transformed to create new offices and B1 workspace including conference facilities.
The former brewery site in Mansfield, which stands on the edge of the town centre, secured outline planning permission from Mansfield District Council’s Planning Committee in February 2004, for phase one of the redevelopment scheme to create new office and B1 workspace.
The plans will allow four new blocks to be built, containing 50,000 square feet of office accommodation, and additional 50,000 square feet of work space and conference facilities.
The new buildings will be state of the art to minimise energy loss and are to be designed to ensure they are environmentally friendly, with cycle provision, water conservation and solar power facilities all incorporated.
